Hi Matt,

I'm trying to answer a few of these questions for Kurt...

>1 - Does GB grab content from RSS feeds I nominate and place
>that content on a web page for me automatically?

Blogbomb is included with Godfatherbomb, and GodfatherBomb sits "on top" of Blogbomb, so we need to make that distinction. You will identify and load RSS feed URLs to Blogbomb, and using that, you can add updating feed content to your web pages automatically.

You can use any RSS feed (not Atom) within their Terms of Service.

GodfatherBomb reads Blogbomb data at scheduled intervals. Each time, it archives the data it is set to read to static HTML pages. Pages are added to the archive directory, not replaced. Blogbomb caches feed data, and replaces it with newly updated feeds at an interval you can set. GB takes "snapshots" of your Blogbomb data when it runs. It does not control the feeds - Blogbomb does that.

Yes.

The same answer as for another poster today:

Some of the bombs can be resource-intensive for short periods of time. It's all relative as to what type of server you're on, how many other web sites are on the same server, the server load of the other sites, network traffic, etc. Those things are variables that can affect bomb script as well as other programs.

I haven't used them myself, so this isn't a personal recommendation, but I've heard that 5dollarwebs.com is bomber-friendly. You can email Greg there to verify. I know several bombers use them. Also, there's a bomber or two who offer hosting to fellow bombers, and some have gone together to share a dedicated server.
