Thanks for your help Jeff, much appreciated. GfB looks like it may solve quite a few of my problems which are just about all related to lack of time.

It appears GfB may be what I've been looking for, namely a tool that can automatically add up to date content on a web site for me.

Another question. I have no newsletter subscribers. Can the newsletter mailout function be turned off/disabled?
