ZZ Tuel is actually the desktop version of BlogBomb and GodfatherBomb and you may want to consider ZZ Tuel, depending on your needs.

ZZ Tuel Weaknesses
Full time Net connection strongly recommended
Not intended for "essential" updates. If your connection fails, ZZ won't work.
No Email.

GodfatherBomb/BlogBomb Weaknesses
Requires a fair amount of server resources and is not recommended with cheap hosting.
Requires installation on each domain
May need perl modules not included with all hosting.
