From a coding standpoint it looks clean.

However try this. . .put a full path to your Fatbomb in the default search box like so:

<form action="http://www.stars-n-stripes.us/cgi-bin/phatty/phatty.cgi/"; method="POST">

I have had this problem before and I forgot what the solution is. I am pretty sure it is in the "action" of the form but I could be wrong.

Try that and I will keep working on remebering.
