The sales page instructs you to download and test tuelz.exe BEFORE buying ZZ to make sure it works on your system.

I can only give you a refund and ask why didn't follow the directions to test tuelz.exe first, thereby saving us both this time and hassle?

If you want a refund, you may email me with your receipt and I'll credit your account. Just know that this will also shut down ZZ Tuel from working in the future.
