Tuelz doesn't need your default browser to run, only to be "viewed", so to speak.
While Tuelz now doesn't have an option to specify a browser, you can copy this URL:
http://127.0.0.1:12345/
And make it your default "start up page" for IE, or just create a bookmark.
Start Tuelz.exe.
It will then start your default browser
Start IE.
Now you can use IE and if http://127.0.0.1:12345/ is set as your homepage, each time IE is started, it will find the "Tuel Box".
How this works with your firewall or security, I have no idea and won't even comment...
