I also had the same problem.

Downloaded the free software and all went well and everything worked.

Purchased the software and put the file I received by email (zz.mod) in the same folder as my free programs.

The ZZ Tuels link never appeared on the main local "homepage" however, did not work.

I deleted the original folder with all files in it (I had to reboot to do this as some files were busy an could not be deleted).

Created a new folder (under porgrams BTW) and unzipped the free files into this folder. Clicked on tuelz.exe to make sure it worked and it did. I then closed the browser and put the new file (zz.mod) in the same folder.

BEFORE I tried again I took a look at taskmanager and sure enough the file tuelz.exe was still running, probably what caused the problems before.

I clicked on the "tuelz.exe" file name in taskmanager and then pressed the "End Process" button....

Now I clicked the the file "tuelz.exe" and I see the new item and all looks well

Hope this may help another new user.
