How was the issue of multiple uploads of the same feed resolved? Is the only way to resolve this is by uploading one x per week instead of daily?

At least I know it works cause one of my forums is getting fresh post regulary.

BTW, it was not working for me with phpbb, but once I switched to smf, it works like a charm. Awesome script.
