I think you're being a little "goofy" now.

Your question in your post has nothing to do with the question in the title of your post. LOL

Q1 How to get keywords into the anchor text in your pages?

A1 You know, I've been mistaken in my past responses to this...But, to do this correctly, my past and present response will be the same.

In the past I've said to include the keywords in anchor text on your pages. The truth is, the keywords should be in the anchor text used by OTHER SITES to link to your pages.

So basically to fulfil the three apsects of Inz, you will need at least one external link to your page that contains the keywords in question.

However, my "old" advice will still work: You need three pages on three domains, for example:
1. Your page
2. Squidoo
3. Blogger

Now do a triangular link between the three, linking one to the next. Of course, use your Inz keywords in the anchor text of each. Now, you not only have the keywords in anchor text on your page(s), you also have external links using the Inz keywords.

Q2 What are longtail keywords?

A2 Keyword phrases with a number of keywords.

Longtail example:
cheap italian restaurants in Las Vegas
