This upgrade fixes Tuelz "hanging" when a pheed isn't accessible.

Before, if a pheed wasn't available or formatted properly, Newz Tuel would constantly try to update the pheed.

Now, Newz Tuel will "ignore" faulty or missing feeds until next scheduled even.
