There's two things here:

Did you run a lot of keywords each time? Google allows 1000 queries per day, then they may give you a temp 24 hour ban.

Also, it is possible that your connection may have been down for a short time.

Try exiting Tuelz by clicking on the exit button (you can't just close the browser window) or even rebooting your PC to get a new IP and let me know if you still have problems.
