Hi Kurt

I bought the Tuelz Rebrander a few weeks ago and everything seems to be working ok except that it doesn't seem to except my SearchFeed username. I think this is because it contains letters as well as numbers. I've asked if I can change my username but they won't let me, can you let me know what you suggest.
Very interesting products by the way.
