Being indexed is simply a matter of strategic linking.

There's any number of scripts, programs and strategies that can be used. I cover tons of these, black hat and white hat, in the private BombSquad membership forum.

In simple terms, the more links you have on sites and pages that get spideed quickly themselves, the faster you will be spidered and indexed.
