Mark,

You can look at the site and determine how many links I have where. The URL is QS in my sig.

You get a PR4 link on the index page in plain view, and a link in the Navbar of the template that shows the results in that middle section of the directory. These pages are PR 2.

The thing with this site is that the SEs climb all over it constantly and crawl deep, so your site will get crawled quickly.

As far as the no follow tag is concerned, I don't have any on this site. I don't need them.

Kurt is right, linking strategy is the best way to get indexed quickly and get in good positions in the surps.

Try reading some of his posts. He gives some great techniques in them, plus recommendations for software and stuff.
