Open Question: Best 'Cheap' Takeaway?
I want to get a takeaway delivered to my door but as you know, this does not come cheap...I ordered Chinese not so long ago and it cost £10 just for a meal for myself...and it usually costs the same elsewhere...I don't mind paying this much but I want to at least get a lot out of it. When I ordered Chinese, I only got a main dish and a side.

Pizza Go-Go is probably the best I've tried so far...their stuffed crust is to die for and they have a lot of good offers such as 3 medium pizzas for £14.

Am I the only one? I've eaten at In and Out a few times and each time my stomach hurt after eating the hamburger after a few hours. The food tastes great and while I'm eating it, it's fine, but afterwards...... Pfff there are way better hamburgers out there.

Open Question: Pizza Hut Shift Manager?
I'm an 18-yr old female looking to start a good job to begin saving for college next fall. I had an interview today at Pizza Hut and I applied for team member, but since I am 18, the lady told me that I qualify for shift manager position. So, she had me reapply, and she said that she would "lock me into the system" and speak to another manager at a different store that is hiring shift managers because they need several.

I reapplied and called her back and she said they would talk and go over my background info and call back in a few days. What happens now? Am I hired?

Also, any one who has worked as a shift manager, what is required of them. I heard that some people have to work many months before being promoted to shift manager. So, how is it that I am starting as a shift manager? What will training be like?

Open Question: Bone found in my bacon at a well known pub chain?
Today myself and partner went to a pub for our breakfast. We had previously had concerns about the quality of the bacon as it always appeared gray/blue however we wanted to eat out and were on a low budget so we took our chances.

Myself and partner ordered a large breakfast each. the bacon looked normal on this occassion - however whilst eating it I had to take it out of my mouth as a piece appeared non chewable and on inspection we guessed it was bone. My partner was disgusted and took it straight to the manager and asked to file a complaint. We did not touch any meat on our plate after that.

The manager did not ask if we wished for a meal to be replaced but just issued us with a form for effis...or however you spell the companies name.

My boyfriend checked the menu and there was clearly no warning about bones.

We completed the form and gave it to the manager. The manager could clearly see we were not happy and could see we were put off both our breakfasts. Despite this he did not offer us a refund. Half way to the car I decided it was completely unacceptable to have not even offered our money back so I went back in. I asked him for a refund. Assuming he would refund both meals imagine my shock when he refunded me for just 1 breakfast. I left in complete shock and disgust.

Are there any other further actions we can take? I know for a fact we will be checking that our bone was sent off with the whole batch of bacon which the form clearly stated was a regulation.

When I was little (back in the early eighties) at our local Kentucky Fried Chicken, the sign was an actual bucket on top of a pole. What's more, that bucket would continuously spin. They took it down and replaced it when I was little, so even now I am unsure about my memories of it... then I saw a vintage 60's commercial on youtube for KFC where the bucket spun.
