Well everyone told me that i have to start low if i want to start working. im a teenager and i have to work at a fast food place to get experience but i dont know which one. my cousin works at mcdonalds and i dont want to work there bekos i always feel like im copying her (first the iphone and then this) and i dont want her to feel like im copying her so i dont want to work at mcdonalds and when she works at mcdonalds my sister and her boyfriend always visit her and have fun with her and they never do that to me and i get really jealous so mcdonalds is a definate no. but should i work at stuff like Subway, KFC, Oporto? where do you think is best place to start working for the first time?

today was my first day at mcdonalds. they put me on front register and im scared that im not going to catch on. i am a perfectionist, and i felt like i failed today. i was fast at giving people their change back, but when it came to taking orders, i was slow and messed up a couple orders whic made me angry at myself. people were telling me that i will eventually get it and in no time i will be fast, but it doesnt feel that way. i honestly think im going to be slow again tomorrow and forever.. any advice, share your similar stories please.

Open Question: Food poisoning from Burger King....Can I sue?
My mom purchased a chicken sandwich from Burger King Sunday afternoon and started getting really sick that night into Monday morning and eventually all Monday. It was so bad that she had to be hospitalized and has been in the hospital since Monday. Is there ANYTHING that we can do to prove that this was food poisoning from Burger King? There are NUMEROUS complaints about food poisoning from Burger King, and even two people were arrested for it. I want to know if there was something that we can do for them to pay for the hospital bills and the suffering. This is absolutely terrible that a restaurant is able to do this and get away with it. There is a reason why it is called food POISONING.....it is POISON. That is not something that people are purchasing.

Okay, well I started working at mcdonalds a month ago and they are only giving me four hours a WEEK! Thats the first problem. Then no one is training me! You know the commercial , the one where they blindfold unsuspecting people then drive them out in the middle of a tomato field then put them in a trailer with collapsing walls to get their " real " opinions on ingredients . Kind of reminds me of what they do when they're initiating someone into the mafia or the free masons or something . Why don't they drive them into a pig sty or a cow barn or a chicken coop and show us how those ingredients are grown ? It seems they aren't being forthright in their advertisement and that they only want to show people where the vegetables come from !
