For Christmas I received an iTunes gift card. When I signed onto iTunes onto my account and put the code in, it said, this: This code you entered is not recognized as a valid code. After doing it multiple times and checking over and over again if the numbers/letters were right it kept on saying that same thing. So I emailed apple and I gave them the serial number and everything and I received a code from them. Putting the code in, which was the exact same one off of the original iTunes card, it again denied that it was a valid code. I emailed apple again saying the code still does not work and they have not responded yet. So..what's up?
