Open Question: Help! Looking for a dramatic, powerful, crescendo piano piece of music?
I have been looking for a very long time know for a piece of music that is similar to Palladio by Karl Jenkins. If you listen to the link below, especially the ending this is what type of music I am looking for.

I can play pieces of music just like Palladio, and I don't mind pieces that are a little (very little) bit more challenging. I want the piece of music to have a crescendo ending, that makes you feel like something amazing is about to occur. Also the piece of music has to be less than 4 minutes. I know this is a long list to ask for, but I have been researching so much to find a piece of music
with these characteristics, I am hoping that the fellow musicians and pianists on yahoo answers can help me finally find what I am looking for.

i am a fifteen year old girl in connecticut and there is this party that i heard about on facebook thats sounds pretty cool and i considered going to, im on the fence about the decision because it is in hartford and that isnt the most safe place but its not like the party is at some ones house it is in the g. fox building in room 960 which apparently is the #1 teen club in ct or something along those lines but i dont know anything about the place or the events they have held in the past so im not sure. the age group is 14-18 year olds only. it sounds like something fun to do but i dont know if going to it is necessarily the smartest decision. let me know if you know any more info on it if you have been there or anything else and fast too cuz its tomorrow night. thanks

The Star Wars galaxy is supposedly far more advanced technologically, so when Aniken's arm was cut off in a duel with Count Dukoo in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, why didn't they just retrieve it, prep him for surgery and reattach it...? Hell, we can do that NOW, for Cliff's sake. I can understand why they couldn't do that with Luke's hand in Empire Strikes Back, but thats because it was, y'know, GONE. It fell down a really long shaft and couldn't be retrieved (along with the rest of Aniken's limbs that were probably all burnt up by the time the Emperor showed up to rescue him in Revenge of the Sith...), but Aniken's arm was sitting twenty feet from his unconscious body. What, did Aniken just Forget It...? Did he sit bolt upright, like, two days later saying, "Crap, I forgot my ARM...!". I just can't believe they didn't have the medical technology to do that. For all you Star Wars fans out there (of which, I'm one...), What am I missing...? Is there some explanation I accidentally glossed over...? What's the DEAL WITH HE ARM, by Gum...!?!

I only briefly remember it but here it goes. I remember a Guy having problems with his girlfriend he's involved in some illegal activities I think. He then runs away or something to Mexico for a bit and there while washing his clothes at a lake or something he falls in love with another women. At the end of the movie I think he tried selling something and it goes wrong and he ends up getting shot and drives off and eventually dies. This is all I can remember I'm sorry. =]

Please no mean answers, and I hope you guys are enjoying your winter vacation (that is, if you do have one). It snowed tons here in NY! There was a huge blizzard D: It snowed about 18-20 inches!
Pretty amazing to me, since it never actually snowed this much in such a while!
So many people were stuck in work and couldn't get home (including some of my family members)
and no buses were running today! Lots of people skipped work today (yay!), but now I have to shovel up the snow! D:

Open Question: In the movie Inception, why does the spinning top never fall down in the dream but it does in reality?
I understand how the totem can be used to determine the difference between the dream world and reality, however I have never understood why it spins continuously in the dream world but not in the real world. Why would the dream architect make a rule that allowed the top to do that and not keep in line with the general rules of gravity? Is is simply that the aim behind a spinning top is to make it spin forever and so in a dream this aim is possible; in short, why would the spinning top keep spinning indefinitely in the dream world?
