This week I'll be going to Cleveland, OH and plan on going to one of the Sonic Drive-ins in that area while I'm there considering there isn't one within 3 hours of where I live. This might be a stupid question but would they be open being in such a cold snowy climate and being a car hop and all?
Obviously Richard you don't live in the North. I come from somewhere that gets slammed with snow every year with temperatures getting in the negatives and yes many places here close during the winter because of lack of business.

Open Question: Americans only. Is this Rude to ask?
I don't eat pork, not only is it not allowed, but i can't stand the smell of it and the look of it, but that's just me. I live in America and i love American food, but it's hard to get food that doesn't get contaminated with pork products. On my way to work and when i am busy, i stop by to get fast food sometimes at Subway, but when they serve the customer before me and i see them adding bacon and pork and they try to make my sandwich with the same glove on, i politely and uncomfortably ask them to please remove their gloves to make my sandwich and most of them do it and don't mind they even reason with me saying they understand me, but i notice some are like unhappy to do it. Am i asking too much? I don't want to make their job difficult. Please advice me what to do? Should i just stop going there and just starve till i get home or just ask them to remove their glove? It's tough one but tell me how you feel. If anyone came to my country and ask me not to do something because it's against their believes or they don't like it, i would do it.

Hello, I am a 56 year old man and after work I usually like to go to McDonald's to get something to eat, I'm not going to lie I also highly enjoy using there play facilities for excercise. I know this probably sounds ridiculous but its the truth, crawling through the tunnels, going down the slides and rolling around in the ball pool is great excercise and helps me reach my optimum heart rate for a man my age.
Usually parents remove there kids as soon as I climb up the slide and go down it, but nothing too serious.
Well the other day I was doing this and the manager of the restraunt called the police on me and I was escorted out of McDonald's, Why is this? I was doing no harm to anyone and was simply using there play place as an excercise platform.
I also might add that I have a beard down to my chest, a pretty huge potbelly and quite allot of body hair and I haven't been able to afford new clothes so I only have shirts that leave my potbelly hanging out and shorts that leave my butt crack showing and most people don't like that, even in the place where I work. I might add also that there was a minor incident where I was playing in the ball pool and I was hanging down from the pole on the ceiling and there was a little kid playing in it and I had a slight accident in my shorts when I tried to fart and her face was right in my rear end. Could this be a form of discrimination I am experiencing in McDonalds simply because of my beard? Perhaps I should contact the ACLU?
