On the list of 'sandwiches', chicken breast is 320 calories. Then under 'bread', wheat is 210. So is the chicken sandwich listed under 'sandwiches' on the nutrition guide with or without the bread?

So far, I have a 6" chicken breast on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno and chipotle sauce = approx. 635 calories. Does this sound correct?

Open Question: Why do they play music in fast food/burger places?
Every time I am at a diner or a fast food place (like an Arby’s) or at a burger fast food place, they always play music! This includes department stores! All I want is peace and quiet at places but instead, the employees at all public places play music in the background and its up too loud sometimes too! Why is that?! Why can’t they just have silence? It really annoys me how there is music played at all public places! Its not like it’s a bar where there’s a jukebox and there has to be music, this is at a burger place, I just hear stupid dance or 80’s music played and I can never once have silence in a public place!

They have tough schedules; 50 hours a week,
(usually either they start very early like 5am.......or they end very late past midnight)

so the schedule sucks..........

but: What they do during those hours........is wonderful.

they have unlimited access to FREE DELICIOUS FOOD.
They can sample on it while they work.
They can give out free sandwiches to their friends and family.
That's a lot of power.

Dealing with customers can be a pain........and sometimes they get very busy.......
but that's mostly the job of the minimum wage crew, not them managers. right?
Managers sometimes help out with those jobs, but primarily they are in their office doing paperwork, inventory, payroll, etc.
and no one's pointing a gun to their head making sure they're working;
they can get up and take a cigarette break anytime they want.
they can get up and use the restroom anytime they want.
There is no on-site supervisor.
What happens if the managers falls asleep? No one bothers him.
