So i'm 30 years old and I just got hired at Culver's. I do feel like a loser since I work at a fast food place. I got laid off from my last job and it was much better. I was getting unemployment and I couldn't just sit around doing nothing. So I just took what ever place I knew I can get hired at. I have no car I have to take the bus. I seen so many ads on craigslist saying you have to have a valid drivers license. This is where I can get hired at. I do have my own place and get about 40 hours a week since i'm older then most of the employers. Sure there is people that are in there mid 20's. Mangers are around my age or a little older. How would you feel if you were in my situation at 30 years old? I think Culver's is better then Burger King or Mcdonalds. I know a few people that are drunks and just drink so much that they had to take that kind of job. They will even drink there when the lobby closes. They even told me that they would take the customers money and not put it in the till and get beer with it. I'm not like them I just work at a fast food restaurant just to make a income. Maybe there the one's that are losers. If you look at it its the same thing as working at a regular restaurant. So is 30 to old or does it matter what age it is?

I was at Subway the other day and saw the cashier go from handling money to being about to handle my food without washing her hands. I told her I would like her to wash her hands and she rinsed them, no soap so I asked her to wash them again. I will never eat there again 1. because of no hand washing 2. because of the attitude.
The person was wearing gloves, but it's no good to wear gloves if your hands were dirty when you put them on.

It wasn't a new building like google has offered me. It was like an old victorian greenhouse that I think you had to walk down a set of cast iron steps to get to the main restaurant.
