There was a chinese food restaurant in New Orleans called Kungs Dynasty on St. Charles Ave. The signature dish was Kungs Chicken. This was my favorite chinese dish of all time and the restaurant did not reopen after Katrina. I was hoping to find the original recipe from a prior employee or another frequent visitor who may have figured it out on their own. I've been trying to re-create it for the last two years without success and frustration has led me to seek assistance from the Yahoo family. Help!
Open Question: I live in Wisconsin USA. Where can I find Nestle's all-purpose cream?
I lived in Europe and I could buy it there in cans, in the evaporated milk section. I can't seem to find it anywhere here. Can anyone tell me if they know of any stores in Wisconsin that sell them? It's a very versatile cream and it can be used for cooking and also for desserts.

Me and my sister are opening an all round cafe /catering co and desperately need a good name.......it will be essentially a sandwich shop/cafe doing breakfasts,fresh sandwiches for lunch with a few hot meals that can also be takeaway......also we will be a running an outside catering service that my mother in law has been running from home for many years so already a good reputation for that.........also doing business lunches etc. It will not be a greasy spoon type cafe or a modern sandwich bar but a good mix of everything.........at least that were hoping for!!!
Would appreciate any good suggestions as I'm really struggling.

I left out half this burger from jack in the box last night, and i just home from school.. and i'm really hungry. I got the burger at like 9 pm last night and its 5 pm right now. I recently filled out an application for Dairy Queen. In the app, it did not say anything about drug test. Does the application need to specify a drug test? Or can they surprise you with one?
I just noticed that on other applications they said something like, you agree to talking a drug test, or by signing this you have to take the test or we won't hire you. The DQ on did not say this.

in the town i live.. not one single restaurant serves chili.. not a one, in the 20 yrs i've been where now i reside, nadda! nothing, i even ask and many laugh. some even talk "they put chili on dogs and burgers! my god! what next?!" or "chili is for you marylanders...."
so, chili is evil to some? i'm wondering.. how do YOU feel about chili and where you now live.. and where you've come from were they pro or con chili people?
i'm astounded.. in maryland folks were bershy about chili, everything had to have it! but now south of D.C. nadda, nothing, zip, zilch, ZERO! and they glare at me like i'm some sorta outta towner when i ask.
strange.. just a few miles south and it's zero tolerance for chili.. in this region.. but i know further south it's chili heaven... and a bit north the same deal.
i thought everyone (in general now... ) loved chili...

Hi! To my understanding, I've been hired at Panera Bread because I was told i have to go to orientation. So my question, after I do the training at one Panera location, can I transfer to work in another shortly after? If so, how long should I wait before I change location? Thanks!
I ask because I applied at two paneras around the same time. The first Panera, I talked to the Assistant Manager and made my hours more available. And it works really well for me.He told me to go back this week to follow-up.
The Second Panera, I dropped my application, got an interview with the Manager and told to go to orientation. The only problem is that the hours that she mention is a bit much for my schedule right now. I would prob. start at 10 AM and be done at 4PM. Monday thru Friday. And that's a lot because of college, homework and other commitments.
So I'm planning to go to the Second Panera in a few days, go in there and own the position! Even though they're probably interviewing lot of people. I plan to make myself stand out somehow, get the job there than let the other panera know I've decided to go with a another panera.
