I'm in college and trying to keep fit. There is a Pita Pit right next to my apartment complex. I have fallen in love with their food but am concerned that a full serving is only half a pita. What I mean is an average pita claims to be in the 3 to 4 hundred calorie range. I'm wondering if that is a full size pita or a half a pita. If anyone knows I'd appreciate it. (I usually eat a whole one but I hope thats not like 800 calories or something.)

When I was in Toronto this summer, I had a couple of great meals at Fresh Restaurant. The single best thing, however, was their Cilantro Salad Dressing. We loved it so much that they let us copy the recipe from their cookbook. But now, it has disappeared?

Does anyone know the Cilantro dressing recipe or have a copy of Fresh's cookbook and could copy it out? Thanks so much.
Just to be explain further, I am not from Canada, so I don't have easy access either to the restaurant or their cookbook.
