1. in geometry class, anastasia is seated in front of Brutus, and Brutus is seated in front of Clementine. Mrs. T says, "Ihave 3 yellow hats and 2 blue hats. I have placed 3 of these 5 hats on your heads. Can you determine what color hat you have on your own head?"

a. Clementine correctly states that she cannot determine the color of her hat. what conclusion can the other students draw? (i think i get this one, haha)

b. Brutus, who has heard Clementine but cannot see her, correctly states that he cannot deduce the color of his hat. Then Anastasia, who cannot see the other two students, says, "Now I know what color my hat is!" What color is Anastasia's hat? How does she know?

c. Can you deduce the color of Brutus/ hat or Clementine's hat?

We used to have a hilarious video of a comedian doing a sketch about The Answer Baby - he has a baby doll and he pushes in its head and uses it as an ashtray. Sounds stupid, but it was so funny. Anyone ever heard of it?

Open Question: Help identify this scene--sand mummies?
On an HDTV display last year while Christmas shopping, I saw a scene from what must have been a TV show or made-for-TV movie.

In the scene, an Indiana Jones type of guy was squatting down and examining the sand in some sort of jungle or desert oasis. With him was a huge, muscular bald guy (black but with light skin) wearing what looked like ancient Egyptian clothes: a wide gold collar over his shoulders and a white loincloth. There was also a woman and (I think) a kid.

Suddenly these two creatures that look something like mummies rise up out of the sand behind the woman and kid, grab them, and sink right back down into the sand with them. The Egyptian dude tells the Indiana Jones guy that these are the same monsters that have been preying on the nearby village.

The creatures looked like big mummies, with bandages dangling from their arms, and skeleton faces, but from the color and texture they looked like they were made of sand.

Any ideas?

Next, he asked me to tell me the four 'symbols' of playing cards, I told him heart, diamond, club, and spade.

My friend and I are really good friends, but up until recently he has been beating me for no apparent reason. We really are good friends, we've known each other for about 5 years now and it's been several months that he punches me in the jaw whenever i mess up or say something incorrectly. This happens about twice a day and I keep telling him to stop and he does temporary but then the beating comes back again... So I'm thinking about throwing eggs at him to show him that I can beat him too. I want him to get high cholesterol also. So should I just throw eggs at him? Or is this too little of a payback that I should shoot him once in the leg? Do you think he would still be my friend if I throw eggs at him or shoot him? And can someone tell me how to make my jaw feel better, its really painful.

Open Question: B&W movie with little girls having strange device that summoned a massive monster in the middle of a party?
In early 80s when I was a child I watched few minutes of black&white; film on TV before my parents sent me to my bedroom, what I managed to see made huge impression on me. Please help me to find a title of that movie.
All I remember: there was a women with her two young daughters and they must have been some kind of aliens. In one scene there was sort of party, reception with many people sitting and eating at a big table, lot of food and even some musicians playing for the guests. These little girls had very weird toy, don't remember exactly how it looked like but it was small, they could keep it in the pocket. During that party naughty not-from-this-world-girls activated the toy and suddenly it became a massive monster attacking all the people around. What was strange - it was decapitating and throwing their heads around, some of the heads landed in the dishes and plates with food and were still talking and pulling faces! I also remember that people were in panic, screaming and running except of one blind old fiddler who kept sitting on a chair and playing his instrument. Nothing touched him. I think that woman had friend, a man (probably normal human from planet Earth), and as I remember they suddenly came. Seeing what was going on she immidiately took the device, switched off and the monster disappeared...
I was perhaps 5 or 6 when accidentaly watched this scene. I was equally impressed and confused! I would love to find this film now! Can anybody help me?

okay i think im ready to upgrade from my roland cube 30x to a half stack amp. basically i play alot of rock and metal and blues and clean stuff so i want a versatile amp that also has a killer distortion, not some muddy-crappy-5-and-a-half-watt-practice-… im looking at the B-52 LS100 and LS412A Half Stack, but ive heard alot of people say different things, like some will say it sucks for metal and others will say its awesome for metal... also, if there are any other half stacks you would reccomend FOR $1000 OR LESS, that would be much appreciated. thanks, and God bless.

(idk if theres any correlation, but i play an ibanez RG1550M prestige and i have a jekyll and hyde v2 distortion/overdrive pedal and a crybaby wah pedal, but i have no experience with half or full stacks so idk if i even need a distortion pedal with a half stack haha. but i must say, the jekyll and hyde distortion is by far the best ive seen, even better than any boss distortion pedal IMO...)
