I'm in college and trying to keep fit. There is a Pita Pit right next to my apartment complex. I have fallen in love with their food but am concerned that a full serving is only half a pita. What I mean is an average pita claims to be in the 3 to 4 hundred calorie range. I'm wondering if that is a full size pita or a half a pita. If anyone knows I'd appreciate it. (I usually eat a whole one but I hope thats not like 800 calories or something.)
