If you organize your material in batches like articles, rss feeds and gmail accounts so that you can just copy and paste, you can easily get a blog a minute (not counting your setup time).

As with any task, it takes almost just as long to organize for 20 blogs as it does 200. Plus once you have your material organized, you will be motivated to finish the batch off. You will also find time during short breaks to enter batches of 10 or 15 captchas if everything is organized and ready to go. That's enough articles and blogs for one email account.

I have had problems going over 15 blogs per email account and I find it works best with freshly made gmail accounts that haven't been used anywhere on Google before. Also remove everything but alphanumerical characters from your title and double spaces/trailing or leading spaces. They will get replaced with dashes and make your title look spammy as Kurt noted.
