Here's a WSO I bought but haven't tried yet...It submits your blog to "blog carnivals". Blog carnivals are an excellent way to get links, but you need good content, as blog carnivals are usually well moderated.
It's only $10, so give it a shot, especially if you are a blogger with good content.
