Here's the ZZ red me and tutorial:

Getting Started with ZZ Tuel:

A. Add some pheeds to the Newz Tuel. For help using the Newz Tuel, see the "Newz Tuel and Scrubz Videos" thread at:

B. The next thing you should do is have an understanding of the tags and how they work. Later, you will want to add the ZZ tags to pages and templates.

B. Then, you'll want to give ZZ a quick test to make sure "all systems are go".

To get started, let's do a little test to see how well ZZ Tuel is working on your system....

Download/unzip these 30 ZZ test pages and "template" and "destination" folders:
www.dombom.com/iframes/zz-test.zip

1. Create at least 3 CATEGORIES in The Newz Tuel.

Be sure to add some RSS pheeds to each category.

You can use existing stuff if you already have it.

2. Open ZZ.

3. Select: Make New Directory Project by entering a name and clicking the "Create Directory Project" button.

4. Templates Folder: Browse to the tuelz-test-template folder you just unzipped.

5. Destination Folder: Browse to the tuelz-test-destination folder you just unzipped.

6. Fill in server/host ftp details. Once you have basic details, click "Browse" and locate the folder on your website you want to upload pages to.

Be patient. Some servers are slow to respond to FTP, others fast.

Click "OK".

7. Select: Test and set it for 1 minute.

8. Click "Add Project".

9. You should be taken back to "main" page for your new project. Click "Test Now".

10. Wait a couple of minutes...Check both your "destination" folder as well as your website and see if the pages were uploaded, and if content was added.

11.Repeat Click "Test Now".: I used random tags, so your content should change a minute or two later.

12. Pause test. There's no sense in FTPing to your website every minute, wasting cpu and bandwith.

View pages on your hard drive and your website. If your pages are uploaded and updating, chances are very good that "All systems are Go!".

A note about testing:

Don't test two projects at once, not if you're running them every minute.

Nothing bad happens, it's just it takes ZZ longer than a minute to complete the process and two or more tests going at once means you are going to wait longer than a minute or two to get results.

If you are testing two big projects at once, it may be 10 minutes before ZZ cycles through each.

Be aware of projects in test mode, you can be draining your hosting bandwidth.

Be sure to click View All Projects periodically to double check which projects may be in testing mode, running every minute.
