It adds random anchor text for a reason, so you don't have to worry about it. It spins your keywords, so you have multiple creations using the same keywords.

Don't over-think this...ZZ is intended to crank out pages. If you want a few pages to be "perfectly optimized" (whatever that is), open them up in your favorite html or text editor, which is another benefit of using individual html files.
