#0, Bombsquad Affiliate Program?
Posted by Kurt on Oct-27-10 at 07:42 AM
Hey All,

I'm thinking about starting an affiliate program for the Bombsquad.

I've been hestitant in the past because I hate doing bookkeeping and am terrible at it...I'd end up not paying you one month, then paying you 3 times the next month. And I don't like Clickbank.

But I think I found a solution:
www.Payspree.com

Because it pays directly to your Paypal account, I don't have to do any accounting.

Payspree offers subscriptions and it's a 3rd party service, so you don't have to worry about the numbers being correct.

The only thing I need to work out is how to manage existing members with new members using a new system so everything is automated. I haven't thought of a good solution for this yet, but am working on it.

I'm thinking about paying 50-60% and also having a discount price you can use for members. The regular price is $87 + $10 a month and thinking of something like offering a special for Bombers so you can invite friends for $47 + $10 every 3 months and get paid to do so.

I've never asked for help for getting members here before, but need your help now to get the forum active again. I'm not looking for a ton of members, but do need more to keep the forum going.

Well, I have been here, almost from the beginning. 2003!!! Yikes, that's like an eternity in internet years.

I have learned so much, from you Kurt (and all the other contributors). I would be happy to promote the forum.

Let me know what you work out.

I am not exactly sure when the beginning was, Kurt. But like Phil, I will certainly help.

I know your best feeding ground has been warriors, so you post, I will follow.

But, maybe you can also, add some type of newbie package, to start collecting emails.

I have a ton of plr, not outdated, I would donate to the cause.

Thanks Guys,

A quick note...Right now I'm not running any WSOs or promoting anything at the Warrior forum. I want to try to give affiliates the opportunity to offer the lowest price available.

This may change if there aren't many sales, but I hope that it will work this way.

I tried to get some info one selling with clickbank but there isnt too much information out there catering to clickbank vendors - the biggest advantage though is that almost everybody and their dog is having an account there so swaping your aff link is a matter of minutes and you will attract more sellers if your program picks up speed..

imo thats a huge advantage...

Hi Karsten,

I don't want to sell as many memberships as possible. I just want to get more members.

Also, CB is too expensive and it won't allow me to set up the pricing structure I need.

The way I have this forum set up is members pay a larger fee upfront, then smaller monthly membership fee. This is so new members can get access to alot of the stuff at once, instead of waiting for it to be "drop feed" each month. Many of the strategies here require more than one resource and I don't want to limit the ability of members.

Just FYI:

You can do subscriptions with clickbank. And the last time I tried you could have a different starting price from the regular monthly price.

Does the forum you use allow you to set up groups, if so you could make several groups for different access/price points. Actually it sounds like the difference will be in the first payment not the monthly fee, so wouldn't it just be 2 sales pages & 2 projects inside payspree. If not I'm completely missing what you were saying. But I'll help promote any way I can.

Hi Brenda,

Using a new system is pretty straight-forward for new folks. The bigger issue is dealing with existing members. I really can't think of anything other than doing it "by hand"...
