http://animoto.com/ - Check this site out. You upload some pictures and it will create a video for you for FREE. It even has soundtracks for you to use for free.

It will even add your videos to YouTube for free. Once it's on Youtube, use this site to download your video to your hard drive:

Select the mp4 option when you save your videos.
