Videospinner is a php script that works with the api www.stupeflix.com (free).

It uses URLs to images and other files, instead of loading them locally...I find this both good and bad, depending.

It does upload to Youtube for you, but if you want to distribute the video to other sites, you'll need to download it from Youtube, then reupload.

For $17 it looks like a good option to add to your video arsenal.
