I kind of hijacked Kelvin's thread, so I want to get his comments on this.

But, we can still discuss some things...

Here's what I'd look for:

1. Someone that will put in the time and do the dirty work. We all need to agree to do their homework.

2. Be productive - get tangible results. Figure things out without a lot of guidance.

3. Must have LEGAL content. Lots of it.

4. Use the same affiliate programs: Adsense, Amazon, CB, etc.

5. Must have some silver and gold sites ready to go, or can get them up quickly as we go. At this point in time, think of these sites more as "high quality" than making money.

Have special software like Bookmarking Demon. An expert with Bookmarking Demon wil be a great asset. I have a wireless and it's way too slow for me to do this tyhpe of mass submission.

Basically, we'd use Think Links as a general outline...
