By profile accounts, do you mean mainly non-blog types of accounts such as in Angela's link packages?

All have email2post (except freeblogpostings) and RSS. I used LetterMeLater to make the posts. Looking forward to using Blackhole RSS to post via Godfather when it gets fixed.

I haven't linked these to anything yet, as I want to see what you have planned.
