Hi All...

Sorry, I'm running behind on this month's downloads. I'm working on a project called "Think Links" and am going to make it a part of this months downloads.

It should be done in a couple of days. Sorry for the delay.

Hey Karsten,

You are correct. Now all you have to do is paypal me enough money for me to retire on, and I'll send you the magic words. You go first.

Seriously, I'm putting all the linking stuff together and trying to automate some of it as much as possible.

For example, when creating a profile, I want to have the parameters set up for that software platform in Roboform, so you can go from site to site and have as much info automatically entered as possible.

Think Links isn't about those "packets", and giving directions for each and every site. It's about finding your own sites and being able to fill them in as fast as possible.

I don't understand why some folks need to have step by step directions for every vBulletin forum there is. Instead, I'm trying to show how to sign up for vbulletin, and have Roboform fill in as much as possible.

If not Roboform, you can use a multi-clipboard to speed things up...But does each vBull forum really needs it's own directions?

And there's a lot of stuff included in the Linking thread and other reports I'm including, trying to make it easier to search for stuff, and more organized.

Some of it won't be new to Bombers, but it will be easer to access and use.

I should have a working version of "Think Links" up for you guys/gals hopefully by Friday or Saturday, my time.

It's one of those situations where I keep adding stuff.

It won't use Roboform, but AutoFill Forms instead. Which is a free Firefox plugin.

A lot of the stuff you'll already know, but I'm trying to make it more organized and easier to actually use to be productive and efficient. But there's also a good deal of new stuff.

any advantage over roboform besides its free?

I bought the linkwheel software and I really want something like this for other form filling - any idea what kind of technology the coder is using?

Hi Karsten,

I found AutoFill Forms to be easier to learn to set up for my purposes. Plus, it's free which is a big deal when it's part of the package I'll be selling.

But if you know who to set up IDs and profiles using Roboform, not sure there's a need to switch.
