I wouldn't knoe about hosting outside the US as I've never done it.

I think the thing to remember about foriegn hosting is that some countries like China have their own thing going on. Now wheather or not this affects hosting in those countries, I don't really know.

However, I do know that China does specifically block content fron users of that country.
