For various reasons, taxes being one of them, I need to host some sites on non-US based servers and ideally on a cheap reseller account.

I was using Deasoft who are in Australia, but they seem to have completely fallen apart over the last few weeks and I can't even get a response to a ticket, let alone any actual support!

Does anyone have any useful links they wouldn't mind sharing? (Affiliate links are fine and will of course be honoured). I would prefer WHM/cPanel and I need Zend Optimizer installed. I've been looking for a few days but every one I've found that looks hopeful turns out to be hosted in the States, and much as I love you guys I NEED a server somewhere (anywhere) else.
