#0, Proxies - How to Hide and Change Your IP Address

We'll use this thread to post resouces for finding and using proxies.

Here's a FREE script that you install on your site called CGI Proxy:

Once you install it, you open it up in your web browser. Once you have the script open, you enter a URL into the script and whatever site you surf to will see the IP address of your web site/host, not your IPS service.

This is a great tool to use if you want to use a different IP address, but you want it to be the same IP everytime.

For example, you might use your home ISP IP address to post in the LA category. Then, for New York, you log into the CGI Proxy script installed on your site and use that IP for posting in New York.

If you have a few different web hosts, you should have different IPs for each one...Use CGI Proxy to give you more IPs.
