CGI Proxy gives you your own IP address that you don't share with anyone:

A domain is $2-10 (although I don't like .info for this) and hosting is another $5-10 a month.

If you can't make enough on CL to pay $7 a month for your own IP, then CL probably isn't for you.

The script is free and easy to install...Not to mention, there's many additional SEO benefits to have some extra web hosting, such as getting more impact from cross-linking, etc.
