Yes, word is that, to post to US cities, one has to have a US IP. So far, this has been the biggest problem I've encountered. For, I too, operate from a non-US IP and need to cover it.

Many proxies are "transparent," meaning they pass your info through them. Gotta watch out for those. Whatever you use, once in, point your browser FIRST at http://showip.net . Verify that you ARE seen as US-based. Seek either anonymous or elite class proxies. Or, use your US-based hosting servers.
