For those looking to use proxies on a regular basis I have found Proxy Firewall is excellent (you may need to turn it off when using Tulez).

It works with either free proxies both html and socks proxies and you can also use it with private proxies.

Any one who is serious about good quality proxies I find Packet Flip proxies are the best you'll find their link on the Proxy Firewall download page.

The good thing about proxy firewall is FREE so if you want it just download it at http://proxyfirewall.org

One other great thing is you can set it up so if you say use IE and Firefox one can work with proxies and the other without.

You can even use Proxy Firewall as a anti virus and anti attack system if used properly no one can trace you or even fidn your PC.

I have also found using Proxy Firewall works brilliantly with TOR although it takes a bit of effort to get set up first time.
