I don't have a clue about TOR, as I mentioned above, I never used it. It just have been recommended by many blackhats.

I always like to check my IP address, just to make sure. You can check here:
http://www.biomedcentral.com/whatsmyip.asp

I guess you'd want to check your IP with TOR on, then turn it off anc check your IP again...
