CGI-Proxy seems nifty. It'll help me squeeze some more value out of my hosting. Here are two other options:

1. Findnot.com. You can get the basic service for about $10/month. They have over a dozen IPs you can switch between but I've found that only a couple are fast at any one time. Definitely don't waste your money on the high-speed Findnot service. The speed is barely faster than the cheaper option.

2. Reset your modem. I haven't tried this yet but I've heard that you can get a new IP if you reset your modem provided you don't have a static IP.
