If you don't want to spend the time spinning articles, then the next best thing is to get people to spin them for you

That's what happens with article dashboard installs. Authors (and I use that term loosely) submit their article to each directory but spin it a bit each time.

Looking through some of my content that I pulled from the submitted articles you can start to see a pattern:

A 35 year old male with 250,000 in coverage can pay 195 up front per year for life insurance coverage.
A 35 year old nonsmoking male in excellent health can buy a 500,000 term life insurance policy for about 700 per year.
A 40 year old male with 250,000 in coverage can pay 263 up front per year for life insurance coverage.
A 45 year old male with 250,000 in coverage can pay 373 up front per year for life insurance coverage.
A 70 year old man driving a twenty year old truck will pay a different car insurance rate than an 18 year old that drives a sports car.
A 70 year old man driving a twenty year old truck will pay a different car insurance rate than an eighteen year old that drives a sports car.
A 70 year young man driving a 20 year old truck will pay a different car insurance rate than an 18 year old that drives a sports car.

Here is an example of an article dashboard install that gets lots of user generated content.

http://www.technologynetwork.info

It also uses a creative commons license to enable anyone to reuse the content.

It has a good selection of rss feeds:

But I still think the blackhole rss feeds are easier to create and manage.

Article dashboard blogging rss feed:

Kurt's blackhole feed using content from article dashboard:

I use both to mix it up when posting to blogs.

To recap, set up an article dashboard site under a creative commons license and in a couple months you will have loads of user generated content at your disposal.
