A thread was made at the Warriors warning that the Digg TOS says:

"Once a story has been submitted to Digg, it is dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Zero Public Domain Dedication, available at Creative Commons — CC0 1.0

My thoughts are: Cool! Tons and tons of free, public domain RSS pheeds full of quality content.

Note: This doesn't mean the articles themselves are public domain. It only means the titles and descriptions are. These are great for credating FAtBomb sites or using the RSS to add some good content to your pages using BlogBomb or ZZ.
