Are you thinking of Cherrybomb? That gets PPC results in XML format and displays them on your page as plain HTML. That's the only revenue-producing PPC feed I can think of that we've discussed here.

There are other revenue-producing feeds available, although they're not PPC. For example, Bo's Buy It Bomb turns merchant data feeds to RSS.
