"BLOGBOMB HELP - rss url is too long"

I keep running into this error message in BBX2 admin when trying to add a new feed.
rss url is too long

Has happened quite a few times. I usually just toss the feed I was trying to add but thought I'd ask for help here in the forum.

Is there any reason the length of the URL should be restricted or is this another problem???

It just happened again as I was trying to test out an itunes feed

feds available at:
http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSearch.woa/wa/MRSS/rssGenerator

Also while I am here - does anyone have an easy solution so I can publish my own RSS feeds and trade with other BLOGBOMBERS etc. ???
