This is a good question...Again, I haven't tried this for the purpose Dave suggests, and I'm recommending it based on my general experience with Dave.

Have you set up your network the same way Dave suggests?

The blackholes can be stored on any domain. They can then be syndicated to any other site that is RSS friendly.

I'd concertate on building a single, great blackhole, moreso than multiple lesser blackholes.

Hard coded is the worng term here...Contextual vs. Clustered.

I'm guessing here...I don't think MSN is sophisticated enough to tell the difference, I could be wrong.

I would add a few contextual links, just for variety and the fact that it will help in google, even if the strategy is mainly for MSN.
