There is a new Web2.0 site called Qassia.com. It is
currently in beta testing. It requires an invite from an
existing member to be able to sign up.
You are all invited, with Kurt's blessing, to sign up through my link.

It offers a way of promoting your sites according to how
many 'Qassia Dollars' you have earned. They currently have a
PR4 for the front page.
There are a number of ways to earn the 'dollars', but you
can see those if you visit the site.
I think this might be another way of promoting sites that is
currently 'under the radar' for most marketers.

As far as I'm aware, it is a single tier program.
