Hi Noel and All...

"ZineBomb" is actually part of GodfatherBomb.

I'm not sure if Godfather will be part of this forum or not. It's a tough install, specifically the email stuff like bounce control.

Because of this, I pay Kirill (my tech expet/programmer) to install it for each user. I'd need to work something out with Kirill.

About the content...Each newsletter contains three elements:

1 Main Article - I took 50 PLR articles and converted them to RSS. This was tough and I had to do a lot "by hand". Took me a few hours but now I have articles loaded to send out one a week for a year, without me lifting another finger.

Godfather uses its "rotate" feature to rotate through each article for each week's issue.

2 Scrubz News Pheed - I installed about 10 RSS news pheeds relevant to "dogs" and use Scrubz to pick and choose the best news stories about dogs for the week.

Note: I'm not actively updating Scrubz so the news doesn't change, but the system is in place, ready to go.

3. Amazon Book Reviews - I use Bo's Amazon script and Godfather's rotate feature to rotate through various reviews of books about dogs.

What I have is a pretty good, weekly newsletter all set up to send an issue once a week on autopilot.

I needed to buy 50 PLR articles and spend an afternoon setting it all up, but I'm ready to go for a year.

If the newsletter gets sign ups, then I start moderating the Scrubz pheeds, which takes 10 minutes a week.

In theory, the next step would be to add something like the best forum posts. Export the posts in RSS, add to Scrubz and select the best forum posts for the week.

You can use your newsletter to help promo your forum, as well as the forum to get folks to sign up for your newsletter, basically having your users write content for your newsletter and forum for free.

In this example, you'd use Scrubz to select the best news stories about dogs as well as the best forum posts of the week, and the rest is automated.

This takes only about 15 minutes a week to create a high quality newsletter containing:

Main Dog Article
Best Dog News
Best Dog Forum Posts
Dog Book Review

All the gurus say, "The money's in the list", but what they don't tell you is how much time they put into their lists.

RSS, Tuelz and Bombs can help you automate much of the process while still producing high quality content.

In addition to automation, this concept tries to exploit user generated content.

This is an important lesson: The goals are to automate as much as possible and learn to leverage the effort of others.

Think about the power:
User Generated Content + Automation
